How long will it take between ordering my wedding stationery and delivery?
You should allow approximately six to eight weeks between ordering and delivery. If you require your wedding stationery immediately, why not use our express service.

What happens if I run out of wedding invitations?
We would advise you to order some spares when you first place your order.

Do I need to order my other wedding stationery items when I order my invitations?
No.  Unless you are sure exactly how many menus, orders of service, place cards etc you will need.  This is not often known until you have received your invitation replies.

Are envelopes included in the price?
Yes. Where an envelope is required it is included in the price.

How will my order be delivered? Will it be safe?
Your wedding stationery will be protected in a solid, tissue-lined box for delivery if we deliver the entire order to you or your appointed contact person.  We use a courier service for this.

Can you deliver to my guests?
Yes. Normally we use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service so that your Invites arrive the day after posting and is secure and traceable as the delivery will need to be signed for. You may find it more expedient to supply their most convenient delivery address. The fee for this is entirely dependent on quantity ordered and consists
of a fixed handling charge and postage costs. Please let us know whether you require this service at least one week before order completion date.

Can we choose our own wording for our wedding stationery?
Yes, we are happy to use whatever wording you prefer. Here is a checklist that will help you be sure everything essential is included.

Day Invitations
1. The name of the wedding hosts
2. The names of the bride and groom
3. The day, the date and the time of wedding
4. The name and address of the wedding venue and evening venue (if different)
5. Choose your layout and wording style

Evening Invitations
1. Name of evening reception hosts (if different)
2. The day, the date and time of the evening reception
3. The name and address of the evening reception venue
4.  Specify any dress code

Can we choose our own font?
Our designers have chosen typestyles that compliment our designs, but are happy to discuss with you the suitability of an alternative favourite font.  Wherever possible, we will do our best to accommodate this.

Will I be able to see proofs before printing?
We will send proofs of your wedding invitation, order of service and menu for you to check. Once you have signed that these are correct we will proceed with your printing.
