PLACING YOUR ORDER

Minimum Quantiites
A Minimum order quantity of 20 applies for each item, except for menu cards and table names/numbers where the minimum is 10. All inserts are printed in black ink as standard. Other ink colours are available at a small additional price. Please specify at point of ordering.

All Invitation cards, Thank you cards and Reply cards come with white or cream envelopes as standard. Hand made and silk matching envelopes are also available at an additional price. We are happy to personalize the insert wording of your invitation free of charge. Order of service pages are available at 25p per page in multiples of four. There is no additional typesetting fee regardless of no of pages required.

Time Factor
We recommend you allow a minimum of 6 weeks from order to completion. Your stationery will take approximately 4 weeks to produce, after we have received the approval of proofs. This may be extended if queries arise or alterations are made to the initial order.

Proofing
A proof of your insert wording will normally be sent to you within 5 working of receiving your completed order forms. Unlike other companies, we will not charge you a separate fee for typesetting or providing initial proofs. We however reserve the right to charge a small fee for author's corrections and or amendments.

Payment
Due to the bespoke nature of our designs, full payment is required at the outset. This sould be done via our secure on-line ordering facility, by Cheque payable to Makeover Designs Limited or by BACS to our HSBC Bank Account (please ask for details). Work will only commence upon receipt of cleared funds. For overseas orders, we will require credit card details as shipping costs will be charged on day of dispatch.

Delivery
Postage and Packaging will be an additional charge. Please note that delivery charges may vary according to goods purchased or type of delivery service (e.g. express or overseas) required. We will notify you of postage cost on day of dispatch. Payment for P&P can be made by logging into your area of our members lounge or over the phone. Please note that no goods will be dispatched until payment is received in full.

Express service is available for an additional £50.00. Provided stocks are available your order will be ready for collection in 10 working days of receiving your signed proof.

Cancellation
All our stationery is made to order to your individual requirements. Refund or exchange can only be given where the merchandise is faulty or the specifications of the order have not been met. In the event of cancellation, all work in progress must be paid for in full.
